纪律条规 / 对讲机之使用规则 (25.08.2009)纪律条规
1． 参加本治安队队员，全属个人义务贡献，没有酬劳。 2． 本治安队设有队长，副队长，各部门小组及理事会代表。若接获投报，求助或投诉；需联络有关部门並遵守其指示。 3． 杜绝个人表现，图呈英雄主义者。 4． 绝对不准乱做主张卷入私人恩怨纠纷，或钱财问题。 5． 不可私下向公众收取任何酬劳或回报，不可报有私自利益或企图。 6． 没有充足的证据或理由，绝对不可鲁莽栽停公众人士查问。 7． 应有责任维持现场次序及交通问题，控制自己与公众人士的情绪为主要工作。 8． 不可把法律玩弄在自己手里，必须与警方配合以方便进行调查工作。 9． 绝对不可对受害者或事主许下任何承诺，一切必须交由队长处理。 10． 不可在路上奔驶，应顾及公众及个人安全。 11． 不可做出任何破坏本治安队之名誉的事情。 12． 身为优质的队员，应尽能力记录下对讲机所报告之匪徒或报失之车牌号码与特征等等。 对讲机之使用规则1． 对讲机不准转让或租借给他人。 2． 不可使用对讲机来宣扬或宣传政治理念。 3． 不可以使用对讲机来散播种族情绪或任何宗教歧视言论。 4． 若是队员虚报任何假消息或情报将被视为严重犯规。 5． 不可使用对讲机来聊天，开玩笑，对骂及讲粗话，也不可半途干扰别人对话（插嘴）。 6． 简短的对话是允许的，却不能用对讲机长篇大论。例如：私事，谈生意等等。 7． 凌晨十二点至早上八点半不可使用对讲机来闲谈，测试或呼叫，除非有重要事件。 （以此为鼓励一些热心队员晚上睡觉时开着对讲机，若有事情发生才会有足够的人力来处理） 8． 若发生重要事故如火灾，严重车祸或追踪匪徒时不可使用对讲机，除非有参与有关行动的队员。 9． 呼叫队员若超过三次没有回应，应电话联络而不是去继续呼叫。 10．无论在任何情形下使用对讲机都比须报上自己的编号。 11．如果遇到一些使用对讲机而没有报上编号者，队员可以不必给于理会。 12． 队员必须妥善应用对讲机，以免造成噪音或扰乱。 13． 避免在油站使用对讲机。
** 若触犯以上条规，只允许受过训练的治安队的代表有权给于警告或锁机 ** 对讲机之使用准则 / Guidelines for the use of Walkie-Talkie / Peraturan-peraturan Walkie-Talkie 1。遗失或损坏，绝对自己负责及赔偿。 Self responsible for lost or damage of the Walkie-Talkie. Bertanggungjawab atas seberang kerosakan dan hilang. 2。出席率无法达到规定目标，配给者将被收回对讲机。 If Attendance rate can not reach the required goal, Walkie-Talkie will be recovered. Jika kehadiran tidak memuaskan, Walkie-Talkie akan di ambil balik semula.3。不可使用对讲机来聊天，开玩笑，对骂及讲粗话，也不可半途干扰别人对话（插嘴）。 Do not use the Walkie-Talkies to chat, jokes, exchanges and speaking of foul language, Do not interfere with dialogue halfway (interrupt). Tidak dibenarkan menggunakan Walkie-Talkie demi kepentingan diri sendiri dan tidak boleh menggangu perbualan orang lain. 4。凌晨12:30后，绝对不可使用对讲机来闲谈，除非重要事件。 After 12:30am, must not use the walkie-talkie for talks, unless it is an Emergency or Important Matters. Tidak dibenarkan menggunakan Walkie-Talkie selepas pukul 12:30 malam kecuali kecemasan. 5。如被发现严重犯规，理事会有权没收。 If Serious fouls are found, the Board have the right to confiscate. Jika disabit kesalahan yang serious, Walkie-Talkie akan dirampas. 纪律条规 / Rules & Regulations / Syarat-syarat dan Peraturan1。 参加本治安队队员，全属个人义务贡献，没有酬劳。

Do not perform any activiti that damage the reputation of the team.Sebagai ahli pasukan sukarela ini, semua penyumbangan ahli adalah secara relahati dan tidak diharapkan ganjaran. 2。 绝对服从队长及上层理事会命令。 Absolute obedience to the captain and the upper orders of the Board. Arahan ketua atau pihak atasan mestilah dipatuhi. 3。 不可报有私自利益或企图来参加治安队。 Should not have private interests to participate in the security team. Tidak dibenarkan menyertai pasukan ini demi kebaikan diri sendiri atau pun dengan sebarang muslihat. 4。 杜绝个人表现，图呈英雄主义者。 Individual performance and heroism are strictly prohibited. Gerakan secara individu dengan harapan untuk mendapatkan ganjaran adalah tidak digalakkan. 5。 不可私下向公众收取任何酬劳或回报。 Do not receive any reward or return from the public.. Tidak dibenarkan menerima sebarang ganjaran secara individu daripada orang ramai. 6。 绝对不准乱做主张卷入私人恩怨纠纷，或钱财问题。 Absolute ban on personal matters involved in the dispute, or money issues. Tidak dibenarkan melibatkan diri dalam masalah individu atau masalah kewangan. 7。 接获投报，第一时间先联络各队队长并遵守指示。 Report to the captain immediately after receiving report and then follow captain's orders. Mestilah memaklumkan ketua pasukan dengan segera sekiranya menerima sebarang laporan lalu bertindak mengikut arahan ketua. 8。 没有充足的证据或理由，绝对不可鲁莽栽停公众人士查问。 Should not perform reckless public inquiries, if no sufficient evidence or reason. Tanpa bukti atau sebab yang kukuh, ahli tidak dibenarkan menghentikan sebarang penyoalan orang ramai dengan tergesa-gesa. 9。 执行任务时，不可携带非法危险武器。 Should not carry any dangerous weapons, while on duty. Tidak dibenarkan membawa senjata haram semasa bertugas. 10。不可私自闯入他人民宅，除非得到业主之许可。 Should not force entry to private property, unless the owner's permission. Tidak dibenarkan memasuki kawasan persendirian tanpa kebenaran. 11。应有责任维持现场次序及交通问题，控制自己与公众人士的情绪为主要工作。 Should be responsible for maintaining order at the scene and traffic problems, self control and public's emotion as their main task. Perlu bersikap bertanggungjawab terhadap ketenteraman dan dalam mengawal trafik. Pengawalan perasaan orang ramai dan diri sendiri merupakan tugas utama. 12。制服匪徒及成功逮捕，必须遵守上层及队长之命令及发落。 When successfully arrested the culprits, must then hand over and comply with the captain's orders. Pemburuan penjahat perlulah dilakukan berdasarkan arahan pihak atasan. 13。千万不可击伤匪徒之头部。 Do not hit the head of the culprits. Tidak dibenarkan mencederakan penjahat pada bahagian kepala. 14。除非得到上层许可，不可私自拍摄行动过程照片。 All photography or recording are not allow unless permission granted by upper handle. Tidak dibenarkan merakam sebarang aktiviti kecuali dengan kebenaran pihak atasan. 15。必须与警方配合以方便进行调查工作。 Must work with the police to facilitate investigations. Mesti bekerjasama dengan pihak polis untuk memudahkan penyiasatan. 16。绝对不可对受害者或事主许下任何承诺，一切必须交由队长处理。 Should not make any promises or any commitments to the victims, all must be dealt with by the captain. Tidak dibenarkan membuat perjanjian dengan mangsa dan masalah perlu diselesaikan oleh pihak atasan. 17。不可在路上奔驶，应顾及公众及个人安全。 Speeding is prohibited, should take into account for public and personal safety. Dilarang memandu dengan laju dan harus mengutamakan keselamatan diri sendiri dan orang awam. 18。不可将汽车或摩托的声量提高。 Do not modify any sounds of the cars and motocycle. Tidak boleh mengubah suai kereta dan motosikal. 19。不可高声说话或高声叫喊。（尤其夜间） Do not speak loudly or scream, especially at night. Tidak dibenarkan meninggikan suara atau berjerit, terutamanya pada waktu malam. 20。任何误解问题不可当街争执，必须交由上层处理。 Do not start arguement on the street, all misundertanding to be dealt with by the upper handle. Segala masalah perlulah diselesaikan oleh pihak atasan dan bukan diri sendiri. 21。不可做出任何破坏本治安队之名誉的事情。 Tidak dibenarkan mencemarkan nama baik pasukan. |
